qqzz Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to qqzz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qqzz ("qqzz", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the qqzz website at qqzz.app and the qqzz mobile application.

By creating an account on qqzz, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the qqzz platform.

qqzz is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh. All transactions on qqzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version in all cases.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register an account on qqzz, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.

• You must not already hold an active or suspended qqzz account.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one qqzz account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms. qqzz reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

qqzz may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or proof of address. Verification is typically required before processing a withdrawal above a certain threshold. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

Documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. qqzz does not share your documents with third parties except where required by law or our payment processors.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your qqzz login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. qqzz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact qqzz support immediately. qqzz is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qqzz currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on qqzz is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit, however qqzz may apply account-level deposit limits based on verification status or responsible gaming settings. Deposits are credited to your qqzz account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on qqzz are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes of approval during business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have been verified.
• qqzz does not charge a withdrawal fee, however your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• qqzz reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification.

3.4 Transaction Records

A full record of your deposits and withdrawals is available in your qqzz account dashboard at all times. If you believe there is an error in your transaction history, contact qqzz support within 30 days of the transaction date.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

qqzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the specific terms take precedence.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your qqzz account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that exceed the maximum bet limit for bonus play may be voided.
• Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from your account automatically.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

qqzz monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended.

4.4 qqzz Right to Modify Promotions

qqzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already claimed the bonus, qqzz will honour the bonus for any wagering already completed up to the point of cancellation.

5. Game Rules

5.1 Fairness & RNG

All games available on qqzz use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that results are genuinely random and not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or account history. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the long-term theoretical payout of each game.

5.2 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, qqzz reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the player's account. qqzz is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. If a game round completes successfully on the server but the result is not displayed to the player due to a connection issue, the server result is final.

5.3 Bet Limits

Each game on qqzz has a minimum and maximum bet limit displayed within the game interface. qqzz reserves the right to apply individual account-level bet limits at its discretion, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.4 Voided Bets

qqzz reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, a technical error, or any other error on the platform. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. qqzz will not honour winnings generated from bets placed on erroneous odds or game states.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qqzz and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud qqzz or other players, including chargeback fraud, false identity claims, or manipulation of payment records.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software bugs to generate winnings. Any winnings generated this way will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using qqzz to launder money or process funds from illegal activities. qqzz is required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to qqzz by anyone under the age of 18.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the qqzz platform — including but not limited to the qqzz logo, game graphics, website design, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of qqzz or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any qqzz content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. qqzz licenses this content for use on the platform and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

8. Privacy & Data

qqzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on qqzz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

10. Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from the player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms limits qqzz's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by qqzz

qqzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is suspected.
• The player's account is subject to a legal order or regulatory requirement.
• The player has engaged in prohibited activities as defined in Section 6.

In cases of suspension for Terms violations, qqzz may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited. If no violation is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may close your qqzz account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12. Changes to These Terms

qqzz may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the qqzz platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 11.2.
